Do you remember times when phones were just for... calling? Lol. In today's life people can build entire careers using their phones for all sorts of tasks! I spend an enormous amount of time on my phone, and it's almost never actually talking with someone.

Here are some mobile apps that I use on a regular basis, and they make my work much easier:

  1. Shazam - If I hear a cool song, the first thing I do is Shazam it. In 80% of cases this app will recognize it, and it works even with Arabic tunes. Of course, the song has to be recorded (not live music), and registered on iTunes, but it's the handiest and fastest way to discover the name and author of the song.

  2. Space - best assistant in planning your pretty Instagram feed in advance, checking your engagement rate, and editing long captions with separate paragraphs.

  3. CutStory - perfect for cutting long videos into even parts of the required duration for stories. Plus you can add your own music or logo on top of any video.

  4. Dropbox - my favourite way to share big files with people. Additionally, I have synced my whole hard drive with Dropbox, so now I have access to the entire collection of photos/videos/music right from the phone.

  5. Mojo - great tool for a creating cute stories with multiple templates and layouts. I sometimes do photo and video collages for advertising my online classes using this app.
