Charming India has found its home in many corners of Toronto, but one of my favourites is Haveli Home. I can't help but glance inside its windows every time I'm passing by the store. The first instinct is just to come in, and you are fully rewarded once you follow this call. Immediately you are transferred from the noisy street into a calm and amusing world of a far away land.

You can find in Haveli Home everything starting from high end furniture (often designed by the owner, who lived many years in India) to small cute decorations. This store was my lifesaver so many times when I needed a nice gift for someone: from lovely candle lamps, to mesmerizing scarves, from fancy notebooks to ethnic style bags and pouches, not to mention multiple choices of pillows on every possible shape and color you can imagine.

Each visit to the store makes me want to plan an actual trip to India. If you are ever in Toronto, make sure to drop by this magical Haveli Home.
